JFK — An Idea Lives On

Celebrating JFK’s legacy on the 50th anniversary of his death, this interactive documentary reveals how many of JFK’s ideas live on in the different aspects of society and its people. The site hosts a fully produced documentary and combines user-submitted stories with premium footage portraying key JFK initiatives. This site was designed and developed by Tool. The site utilizes tactful animations and transitions built with custom HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. An Idea Lives On also has a custom CMS that allows for the stories index of the site to grow dynamically.
